Businesswomen with the most promising and well thought out business ideas are selected for an incubation period of 3-12 months.
The project helps incubated businesses to:
- formulate mission statements and overall project objectives;
- establish company strategies in production, marketing, etc.;
- build clearly-defined organizational structures;
- start staff recruitment processes, and;

- build and implement action plans.
When Mawred deems that an incubated business has sufficiently matured, it graduates from the institute as a viable business concern. |
